Processing Service Details

■ Self-developed large-, medium-, and small-format fiber laser cutting equipment, covering all processing requirements for motor stator laminations.
■ Independently developed off-line automatic dispensing and stacking core production line.
■ Processing motor core steel sheets ranging from 0.1mm to 1mm, with precision reaching IT7 grade.
■ Motor silicon steel sheets (including ultra-soft electrical steel) are processed with burrs less than 0.02 mm.
■ We provide machining services for motor customers, with delivery of 100,000 pieces in just 10 business days.
