When operating the cutting machine, it is essential to remain fully focused—staying alert and calmly, yet rationally, handling the power tool. Never operate the machine if you're tired, under the influence of alcohol, or after consuming stimulants or medications. (1) Before use, carefully inspect the equipment's performance and ensure all components are in perfect working condition. (2) Conduct a thorough check of the power switch, the tension of the saw blade, as well as the saw blade guard or safety shield. Additionally, verify that the workbench is stable, and ensure adequate lighting if working during nighttime hours. (3) Prior to operation, first turn on the main power switch and run the machine idly for a few cycles. Only proceed with正式启动 after confirming everything is safe and functioning properly. (4) Before starting, always confirm that the power supply matches the standard rated voltage of 220VAC specified on the electric tool, to avoid accidentally connecting it to a 380VAC power source.
I. Preparations Before Cutting
(1) Before use, carefully inspect the equipment's performance and ensure all components are intact.
(2) Conduct a detailed inspection of the power switch, the tension of the saw blade, and ensure the saw blade guard or safety shield is securely in place. The workbench must be stable, and adequate lighting must be provided for nighttime operations.
(3) Before use, first turn on the main switch and run it idly for a few cycles. Only after confirming that everything is safe and functioning properly should you proceed with starting up.
(4) Before operation, always verify that the power supply matches the standard rated voltage of 220 VAC on the electric tool, to avoid accidental connection to a 380 VAC power source.
II. Cutting Precautions
(1) When operating the cutting machine, it is essential to remain fully focused—maintaining a clear mind and approaching the electric tool with rationality. Operating the cutting machine while fatigued, under the influence of alcohol, or after taking stimulants or medications is strictly prohibited.
(2) The power lines must be safe and reliable; unauthorized and haphazard wiring is strictly prohibited. Ensure careful placement of power cords to prevent them from being cut. Before use, thoroughly inspect the equipment’s performance and confirm that all components are in good condition.
(3) Wear appropriate work attire—do not wear overly loose clothing, and absolutely avoid wearing jewelry or long hair. Gloves are strictly prohibited, and sleeves must always be properly fastened while operating machinery.
(4) Workpieces being processed must be securely clamped; it is strictly prohibited to begin cutting with workpieces that are not tightly secured.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to grind burrs off workpieces on the grinding wheel surface to prevent the wheel from fracturing.
(6) During cutting, the operator must stand to the side of the grinding wheel and wear proper protective gear. Protective goggles 。
(7) Absolutely no use of grinding wheels that are already damaged or defective is permitted. During cutting, ensure sparks are contained and keep the area clear of flammable and explosive materials.
(8) When clamping workpieces, ensure they are securely and evenly positioned. The protective guard must be installed correctly. After clamping, run the machine at idle to check for proper operation—there should be no shaking or unusual noises.
(9) When replacing the cutting disc or grinding wheel mid-operation, do not… Locking nut Apply excessive force to prevent the saw blade or grinding wheel from chipping or breaking unexpectedly.
(10) Always hold the cutting machine handle firmly, apply even pressure, and make sure the fixed end is securely anchored.
(11) Do not attempt to cut or saw small workpieces that are not securely clamped, or profiles with severe sharp edges.
(12) To enhance work efficiency, be sure to properly perform auxiliary clamping and positioning operations before sawing a single piece or multiple pieces together.
(13) Do not perform forceful cutting or sawing operations; ensure the motor reaches full speed before starting the cut.
(14) No one is allowed to stand behind the saw. When power is cut off, during breaks, or when leaving the workplace, the power supply must be immediately disconnected.
(15) Do not release either hand or raise your arm from the saw or workpiece while the saw blade is still rotating.
(16) Do not operate the machine if the guard is not properly in place, and never place your hands within 15 centimeters of the saw blade. Avoid leaning over or reaching around the saw; instead, position your body at a comfortable 45-degree angle to the machine during operation.
(17) If any abnormal sounds occur, immediately stop the inspection; before repairing or replacing parts, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait until the saw blade has completely stopped.
(18) When using a cutting machine, if working in a wet area, you must stand on an insulated mat or a dry wooden board. When operating at heights or in hazardous areas such as explosion-proof zones, thorough safety precautions must be taken.
(19) If the equipment experiences shaking or other malfunctions, it must be immediately shut down for repair. Operating while ill, under the influence of stimulants, or after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited. Additionally, gloves must never be worn during operation. If dust may be generated during the process, always wear a mask or face shield.
(20) After processing is complete, turn off the power and ensure both the equipment and the surrounding area are thoroughly cleaned.
